1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdbuj website or its associated services, you enter into a binding legal agreement with bdbuj governed by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed account registration.

3. Account Registration & Security

Account security is your responsibility. • Password security: Choose a strong, unique password for your bdbuj account. Do not reuse passwords from other services. Change your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

bdbuj reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to close any existing account, at its sole discretion and without being required to state a reason, provided that any legitimate balance held at the time of closure is returned to the account holder via the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

How funds are added to and removed from your bdbuj account — methods, limits, processing times, and conditions

All transactions on bdbuj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdbuj does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply its own transfer charges independently of bdbuj.

Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected other local payment options as listed in the Cashier section of your account. The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your account. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. bdbuj processes withdrawal requests to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Verification requirement: bdbuj reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a stated threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud measure, not a reflection on the account holder.
• Same method rule: Where possible, bdbuj will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering measure applied uniformly to all accounts.
• Bonus balance: Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

• One bonus per household: Bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, and per payment method. Members who attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts will have all duplicate accounts closed and all associated balances forfeited.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using forged or altered identity documents is a serious criminal offence and will be treated accordingly.

5. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in bad faith — for example, after legitimately using and losing deposited funds — constitutes fraud. bdbuj will pursue recovery of fraudulent chargebacks and may report such conduct to the relevant payment authority.
6. Abuse of staff: Abusive, threatening, or offensive communication directed at bdbuj support staff will not be tolerated. bdbuj reserves the right to close the account of any member who engages in such behaviour.

Accounts found to be in breach of any of the above obligations may be suspended immediately pending investigation. 7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of content, trademarks, and technology on the bdbuj platform

All content on the bdbuj platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and structural elements — is either owned by bdbuj or used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdbuj platform for its intended purpose: personal, non-commercial online gaming and betting. This licence does not permit you to:

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally by contacting bdbuj support at [email protected] will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the matter.
